Definitely the French film, The Sentiment of the Flesh, which I had the displeasure of viewing recently. In one scene, the boyfriend spits a long, loathsome loogie into his girlfriend's mouth...and she eagerly swallows it! Yeah, I threw up in my mouth a lil bit...

AND THEN, in the disturbing scene pictured below, the surgeon/boyfriend is licking his patient/girlfriend's internal organs during surgery!!
