please HELP me.....

i just woke up this morning and i found some bugs in my bed!!!!!!!! (it's creepy i know)

this is how they looked

they are little, very very little that you can hardly see them, white color and they move slowly (i haven't seen them run or fly)
they are all over my bed :(


if you have any idea what could that be please tell me

mites... they accumulate in beds...(what they are referring to, but some people like me are allergic to them & they do bite even if they are too tiny to see-bt you could SEE these... so IDK)

I have heard bed bugs bite terrible and I have never seen, but I thought they were brown. Maybe some spider hatched eggs! Eeewww... I'd call an exterminator, describe, and ask, maybe they would even come look and not charge (evaluation).
