uh, i don't know about those people but exercise to me should help you loose weight, after all it has been proven to help people to loose calories. But exercise alone i believe can do nothing, exercise and healthy eating hand in hand should be ideal for weight loss, if you want to go to those extremes then that's fine, but i advise you to eat some healthy meals as well! :) it will do you good, and try to make your exercise fun, good luck! :D

ive heard about this diet.I think there are video journals on youtube about this.I've done the master cleanse for almost 10 days and done a juice fast for about 7 days.Overall I think its safe.I wouldn't workout though because your body is going to need all its energy.I would do more research on this to mentally prepare yourself.check out youtube this type of fast is on there.hope I helped.

Never heard of a water diet but either way, with any diet, even though I think all diets are total crap because they usually never work. Exercise is important. I did look up this water diet and apparently there are health risks you'd want to look out for. You can't just live on water. Sure, water is good for you but having too much can leave some damage, dizziness from lack of food and there is also fainting or even leaving you in a coma. If this is your plan, just to lose weight, there are so many better options out there. I'm not preaching, I'm just stating that it may cause more harm than good. Cause if you can recall, water has no nutrients in it, which is what our bodies need. We need food, that is how we live. If you really want a better opinion, don't ask us on here, ask your doctor or a dietitian.
