Christmas present for my sister?

So I'm trying to think of something to get my older sister for Christmas. See, I don't really know what to get for people like her because well....she has everything. She's a very wealthy person, I would say rich but she doesn't like to be called that.
I want it to be something special and possibly homemade. Last year I made her a photo album. Does anyone have any ideas for what I could get her this year?
