Can you all help with my hair color?

Right now my hair color is Copper Brunette. I want to dye it a bright or dark red, but im afraid it won't go with my blue eyes. And my skin is also very pale.

Why do you want to dye it? It sounds like a wonderful colour already. If you definitely want to dye it, I'd recommend dark red. Dyed hair looks so much better if it looks natural.
