I need help.......

I was on the Taylor Swift fanclub here recently & participated in a contest there. But some other fans didn't only post 1 pic they posted 2,3,4 even more pictures in links & I want to know how I can add links like they did. If you can help me out I'd really appriciate it. Thanks:)
