Any suggestions?

Okay, so. My mom said i could get a dog soon. But she said it had to be good with other dogs and a small dog (Typically the size of a pug or smaller ). I just cant find any dogs, i would like a cute one that doesnt really bark, well it can bark, just not a yappy dog (my mom doesn't like those so i cant get one ). Are there any dogs of the type im looking for? :S Thanks.

Dogs can each have different personalities so just because you get a certain breed of dog doesn't mean it will act a certain way. It also depends if they are good with other dogs or bark a lot. I actually work with cats instead of dogs at my local animal shelter, so I'm not exactly sure what kind of dogs are similar to what you're looking for. But just keep that different personality thing in mind when you look to adopt one.
