Well, you'd need a photo scanner. You can look in various computer stores or just google it. They're pretty expensive, though...or just take a picture with a camera and put the SD card in your computer. ^_^

well how i do it is i take my camera, take a picture, then plug it into the computer with the USD thingy and it usually transfers my pics right to my photos... i guess it depends on what computer and camera you have, tho. :)
