Dude IT'S a video game. Video games are not real. If you believe half the stuff that happens in them, you don't need to play them. If police were truly that dumb, every criminal would get away at any time and no justice would occur. NOT to mention it'll be pointless to even have dirty cops if they were this stupid. Video game AI is way stupider than a normal person's intellect.
