If they have a fanclub on fanpop you can search them in the top right corner of the screen. If they're already your fan and you're a fan of them on you IM bar you can search them. I don't really get what you meant by searh other than that.

put the username u want to look for at "thenameoftheusername", for example if Im looking for someone whose username is tommy87, I would go to

I don't think you can find people on Fanpop. Probably if they have a spot in here, then yes.

Well,it depends.
If you know their real name or username,type it in the search bar in the upper right hand corner.Press enter,then press advanced search and press fans,and press search again.It will bring you to the result,but there may be more than one if it is their real name.

At least,that's what I do.
