Shorts, either a tank top or t-shirt, and (obviously) running shoes.

If it's cold outside, wear track pants and a wind-proof jacket (zipped up). If you want to, you can hear a beanie or hat too.

If you've got the money, buy a track suit.

Sweatpants/running shorts and a loose fitting tee are also options.
But make sure your shoes are running shoes. Other shoes can hurt your feet.
