OK so my friend had a BF and today is my b-day and he text me like 5 min ago Happy Birthday love You WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?!?!

Lol, I was just about to post, "..And what exactly is wrong with that?" when I saw the "my friend had a BF" part (I thought you were talking about your boyfriend, chillyneon). xD Wow, I'm so dumb sometimes. As for my thoughts; I think it might've been an accident and he sent it to the wrong person. That or he's an ass. Either one or different other one, perhaps =)
