Dont worry, i understand you, there was a time when i was so depressed i almost wanted to die too.

The best thing is to talk about it with a close friend or someone in school, like a teacher you trust or something. Talk about everything and get the truth out. If someone know then its going to feel so much easier. After that, DO something. Are you depressed over your body? Do you want to change? Then DO it. Start to work out, go out more often, for example, take your favorite music with you when you are working out, it helps, do things that makes you happy!

But if you dont have the time or dont want to do that, then accept who you are and keep living on. you are not alone.

Asking for serious answers is like a challenge to all jokers around...

Stop worrying and the headaches should stop. Talk to someone offline about it(family, friends)
Now cheer up with funny ransom picture!

I had this "friend" that would always bring me down so i stopped hanging out with her and i met my close friends and they made me feel good about myself. Try find new friends. Maybe you can go to camp over school break. Going to camp cheers me up.I had sort of a big belly, it's still kind of there but exercise helps especially if you do it whilst listening to fun music. I don't know if you're religious but talking to God and reading the Bible can be very uplifting.

Find what you like about yourself and realize that not everyone you meet will have a perfect body. Heck, even celebrities who were percieved as the most beautiful/handsome got so many work done to the point that they look inhuman. So yeah, as the great Miley Cyrus said before I grew up and realized that I don't really like her: "Nobody's perfect! You gotta work it!"
