A question abot fan medals.

Okay,so,there are three different types of fan medals,dedicated,die hard,and fanatic.
I have a dedicated fan medal in 'Harry Potter' and 'Harry James Potter' and was wondering,if you keep trying,can you get a higher medal in those clubs,or will I have to stay with the dedicated fan medal?
