Actually, it may be best to buy something personal instead of something as plain as just money. You're his girlfriend, right? Think about what he likes!
Okay, no personal offense to you, but Im getting tired of people asking others on here to help make their own decisions.
Im pretty sure no one on here knows exactly what your boyfriends personality is or what he likes, you make it something personal that you know he'll enjoy.
Doesn't have to be big or flashy, just something you know will be special to him, based on your relationship.

well...i think u should find out what he lkes and give em that....^^ if he likes 2 skateboard get em new barrings or a new deck =P scootering?get em grips..biker well get em a lock so no one steals his bike..its happened b4 7_7 if he likea art bette get him something nice like..paint,sketch pads ^^[art is obber cool i think =P]so what he likes get him it just dont go over board w/ they h8 that.......
is he having a party?Well,for me,just someone's presence in my life makes me happy...but,that might not work for you,so get him a picture of both of you and,depending on how old you are,a kiss or something...
say if he likes a certain band and ey have an album out which he doesnt have. you could get that for him or just something he might like!!!!
or chocolate...you can NEVER go wrong with chocolate...unless he doesnt like chocolate ofcourse lol!!!

Well, it really depends on how your boyfriend is but I would suggest if he likes Music a I-Tunes Giftcard. But maybe he would just like for you to do something romantic with him, like maybe make him a nice dinner or something. :)
Guys play video games. Get him a video game? If you don't know of one, or something else he would be interested in, a gift card always works. A gift card in a homemade card from you. What could be sweeter?
Money. My nan usually get's me a book (not that's anything wronge with this, I just like choose my own) but then she gave me money one time and I WAS SOOOO JAZZED! And the awesome thing is I was trying to make money so I could buy Dr Who books - and the there it was! WooooHooooo! XD If you want to get him something personal, then that's fine. But I just thought you should know that money isn't nearly as bad as people say.
Give him something very personal. A homemade coupon book. With your own writing, make several coupons, each one different. One could say, "one free back rub". One could say "king for a day". One could say "your wish is my command". Get it? It really is an awesome gift!! Trust me on this!!
Make him dinner and dessert (cake). If you have a budget, I'd do something based on an inside joke as one present, and then I'd get a gift cars too. I would probably give him a T-shirt to his favorite sports team, and if you can an autograph. Also, make him a really nice card. And I mean MAKE it. Then, get all his friends and family to sign it. Get him some new music for his iTunes account for his iPod, and anything like that. If he's into all that, then give him a big kiss. That's all!
i like the card idea because it's something special made by you that shows that you spent time, effort and care in making it unique and special for him
First is he a person who'd expect a gift, voucher, or something thoughtful and romantic?
Gift=what does he like? music, books, films, football tickets ...etc
voucher= if you know he likes something like music but not sure what you could give him vouchers to a music shop so he can choose.
it will be really romantic if you go to the cinema, out to dinner or the beach-to spend time together because then he'd know that you care and appreciate him
If you like to draw, then a painting for your boyfriend could be one of the most personal gifts you can give to him. If not, you can always write a poem or a card for him. If you're not very creative, you may have to find out what your boyfriend really wants. I would think a video game, a laptop (especially if he's in college), a CD from his favorite artist, or something he has broken and didn't fixed it in a long time (like a blender or something).
Get him something that u know he really likes :) or take him somewhere u know he really likes.. lolz, or maybe just spend time together :) Do something special, because u ARE his girlfriend, and he luvs u, and u luv him and u each want eachother to be happy! :)
i think u should give him something that would make him feel special and loved...something worth keeping.. you could compose a poem or a song.. he would loved it! <3
well for my boy friends b-day i got him a shirt and some food also a mini football cause he likes eating and football so it depends on what he likes is he a jock or what give me some details to go on
I got my exboyfriend I cool USB key with all the music I listened to when I was in love with him... It was very personal, and it really expressed all my love to him.
Umm.. well it depends on what his personality is. if he is sporty, get him a football/basketball with your signature on it saying, "Happy Birthday, I love you" or anything you would like or don't be afraid to ask what he really would like. Be strong! Good Luck!
you should get him a huge bag and out nothing but a card that says" I love you, look up." and when he does, KISS HIM! thatd be the best presebt ever to me! btw stuff the bag with tissue paper, it makes it more of a surprise.
