Prince Michael Jackson Question

Believe it or not...

Ok I have a confession to make. I'm just going to come out and say this. I really didn't know who Micheal jackson was until he died. I know your jaws may be dropping right now because MJ's an icon, but truthfully only a year ago, I wasn't into stuff like that. I mean, I heard of MJ, I just didn't know what he looked like, or how awsome he was. My Dad loves the song Thriller, and the first time I heard it he's like "Jenna listen! It's Micheal Jackson!" and I was like "Who?". I was only 4 or 5 at the time, so the song always scared me and I was always like "No Daddy! Turn it off!". Ever since he died though, I've been in love with Micheal Jackson. He's definetley one of my many inspirations. However, I didn't know who Prince was until July. So yeah, go ahead. Make fun of me. At least I know who MJ is now right? I just wish I knew him sooner.

Dude I when I was lil I thought MJ was gross in a pedaphile cuz some kid said he was loved his music but thought he was a freak now I've learned don't judge a book by its cover so its ok

I'm the exact same way. But, I really started listening to him and loving him like two or three months before he died. And I didn't really pay much attention to Prince until I saw him at the Grammy's. I always payed attention to Paris. That's my confession.

I know there were some things in his life we couldn't understand, but many people (Inlcluding young kids who make fun of him) have to realize he didn't have a childhood, and everyone is making fun of him, Michael was a funny, kid-like adult, who really loved this world, but people didn't realize that before his death.....

Haha it doesn't surprise me that much, when I was 4 years old my dad and by mum where fans of MJ an they are still. They told me to sing 'Ben' from the Jackson Five, actually I was not that interested but I did, so I heard Thriller when I was 5 an I start liking Ben and Thriller then when I was 10 I started listening more songs of Michael, now I'm 13 and I love him so much . Thank for being honest ! :D
