Him is basically Bubbles' opposite. He's evil where she's good, she's innocent while he's perverted, she's pure while he's corrupted...Truly opposites at play.

He seems to have a fondness to single her out the most when attacking the girls, though. I think he believes she's the weak link of the group and that's why in his opinion she can be easily manipulated by him.
