I know this is a pretty old question, but I wanted to answer it anyway. I don't think they are in love with each other. I mean, come on, they're ten. But I think that they do like each other, in a love interest sort of way.

uh yeah there thay have all the sines that thay are in lovei for get what episode it is but a girl had a big crush on brock misty and ash both is watching them and misty clearly says "maybe one day me and you'll get married ash" then ash nods then gets what she said after a few min so yeah that's pruff anuf.
