Would it be wrong?

Hey Forum i was wondering, i have a ampharos and it really irritates me that can not learn tail glow just like 99% of all pokemon fans as well, so would it be wrong or really called cheating if i were to use a cheat that lets my ampharos learn tail glow? And if there is anyone else that wishes certain pokemon learned certain moves other than tail glow that makes sense like volt tackle on a jolteon please let me know. i want as much opinions as possible.
