my ralts faints out of battle


when I walk four steps and the screen gets messed up then go's back to normal. this keeps happening the it says my ralts fainted. pleas help

If you're playing a gen 3 and under game, it means you're pokemon is poisoned and it's HP will go down the more steps you take and eventually your pokemon will faint out of battle.
