Does anyone know of the best methods to make a Pokemon friendly?

So, I traded my party on Platinum with my friend to help his Pokedex, and now they hate me. They were only gone for five seconds max, but only one of them loves me. I've been rotating a Soothe Bell between them and battling with it equipped. Any advice on other ways to make them love me again? Because my game is very depressing now. :|

Then I have no idea. Sorry, at least now you know how to make a Pokemon friendly towards you in the Gen 6 games.
