Which Pokemon do you think is overrated?

Note that when I mean overrated it means that pokemon is popular. I think that Dragonite is overrated, but he still one of my favorite pokemon

Eh, stealth rock takes away half of his health. It's a no go for me

Lol Lucario is my favorite but he is probably used because of his speed and high attack but he had low defense and special defense
