DOES ASH LOOK LIKE MOWGLI FROM JUNGLE BOOK?

I was watching pokemon episode facing fear with eyes open, and suddenly somebody asked me whether I am watching Jungle Book!!!!!!!
i realized that ash does look a bit like Mowgli!!!!
what do you think?
