How do you catch Enti and Raioko in pokemon Heart Gold?

Well basically to capture Raiku and Entei in Heart Gold..you basically can run into them anytime those including Suicune are roamers that you can encounter at anytime to my knowledge there is no trick to capture them but having a Pokemon that knows Mean Look may help because that'll prevent it from escaping,so a badge isn't needed and there really isn't a trick to catch,them it's just something that can happen..hopefully I helped in some way..
