Which site can I watch Pokemon in Japanese?

I'd like to know where I could find English subbed and even also Japanese unsubbed if there's any. I wanna skip all the way to episode 111 on Pokemon Black and White episodes if possible. I believe Pokemon Black and White episode 111 is aired on January 31st this year, but that's probably just in Japan, but I can't wait. I wanna see it as soon as it comes out. So I'd like to have the site to it and then when that day comes I'll watch it even if I can't understand it. I just wanna see Cheren as soon as possible. He's awesome. So can anyone help me?
