Wow, you freehand it? Very nice! My pokemon drawings never come good if i freehand, i look at the pic and draw. I really want to draw a Pokemon character by freehand :'D

And like I'm saying the eye looks to far away from the center. For what reason do you have for having it that far out?

I know, easy to notice, but even then it looks off with how it is. Its still good but IMO that is the only flaw

Let me say, the eyes are one of the toughest part, especially making 'em look exactly like the original is so not easy. I think your eyes are nice and the position is still fine.
