I've liked pretty much every single pokemon since the anime started airing, but I guess a few on my 'Dislike' list would be maybe:
-Dunsparce
-Magikarp(even though Gyarados is my favourite pokemon that isn't a legendary pokemon...)
-Snubbull and Granbull
-Lickitung
-Smeargle...
