who is better resheriam or zerecrom

I find it that their power is equal,they're a legendary duo after all,but what they stand for is different..so I believe they both are equal in power.

Reshiram literally rules in Special Attack! Zekrom does so with Attack! They both have flaws and counters for each other though. What you pick is up to you.
