for magic carp and milktank it is not that bad it is like us with our animals today fish and beef

When you think about it,the Pokemon themselves are animals.Like,for example.In the Silver/Gold/Crystal/SoulSilver/HeartGold games,Team Rocket sold Slowpoke tails and people used to eat them.
Some Pokemon eat other types of Pokemon as well...

Answer: Pokemon don't eat meat. They eat berries and Poffins, remember?

yeah and remember how Ash and others were thinking of eating the Magikarp in an episode from season 1! XD
And Ash told his mom to make Squirtle eggs for lunch in an episode after the Hoenn journey! =D

I've thought of that too. xD If pokemon are thier animals, when what do they eat, fried pikachu? Or.. they could all be vegetarians.. but then again.. life must suck if you're an oddish.

According to this, they eat fish pokemon but they can be resurected.(not likely, but stops little kids from crying)
