Which pokemon is good enough to give the ability Speed Boost ?

I seen many people online in Black and White using hacked pokemon with the action replay . I need to know other abilities that would work with certain pokemon .

I got a few like Slaking with Speed Boost and having a Power Herb . It becomes faster and faster, it's speed get's higher and can knock out many pokemon and the move focus punch doesn't have to be charged because of the Power Herb .

And Bug/Steel type pokemon with Wonder Guard . And Grass type pokemon with Flash Fire ability . Also Fire type pokemon with Water Absorb .
