Can you trade Pokemon from Ruby to Emerald with the Ds withOUT using a cord?

Np and this is how u so it first get two ds lite, 2 put the game in each one, 3 turn on the ds's, 4 chose the gameboy shot from the ds menu, 5 start game, 6 go to a pokemon center, 7 go to were u trade and if that dose work u can all ways mygrate ur pokemon to soulsliver and trade them that way.
