Where is N?

Ok I found all the seven sages of Team Plasma and he said N was seen flying around on a Dragon type Pokemon. So where can I find him at, where is he hiding?

I got that far too and I think that N is in the Hoenn region but you cant get there in black or white. Theres supposed to be a remake of emerald version coming out next. Also you can fight Cynthia from Sinnoh in one of the towns on black or white

Yeah, I tried to battler her but I lost. I'm trainer right now to try and beat her.

I know N's not one of the sages, Looker said a boy was seen flying around on a dragon Pokemon. I've looked all over for him, but I can't find him.

Well, Lunch Box Man (That's what J&J call him) is a bit koo koo. Serebii says there is no N to find
