If you have an owshawott u go 2 the battle subway and go 2 the train that goes 2 this town and you go in this house and u find some rare candies and u can make ur Dewott( owshawott should b evoled by that time) stronger and u should be able 2 beat Elsa

do NOT use a pure water type against 3 electric types, it is not a good idea considering that they spam volt change and can outspeed you easily
ok, you need something fast, and dont use water (except if it's part ground), grass or bug or fighting because she has 2 emolgas, or flying types. i would seriously recommend, if possible, to use a fast ground or rock type to outspeed her zebstrika. take out her zebstrika as fast as possible, because all her pokemon know volt change, which switches out the user. i would also recommend using a bulky pokemon. palpitoad would be a pretty good choice.
Catch your self a Drilbur. It destroys Elsa's electric types with dig and learns rock tomb, so Emolga is no challenge either. Drilbur evolves as a low level into Exadrill which learns earthquake at level 36, making it an awesome addition to any team. You can find it in any cave in the swirling dust.
