How do you wifi trade or battle in pokemon white?

First are you new at pokemon. Ok now look for a huge building then if there's a sign read it and if it says wifi or something if this does not work I'm very sorry but there is a back up plan look up a map with detils type something like wifi building I hope this helped you ps sorry for miss spelling.
