how much does the base stat go up by if you give your pokemon proteins,iron,carbos ect. ex. if a pokemons base stat defense is 65 then you give it 10 irons how much would the base go up to?

Items like that won't really help much..one iron (in generation 3,at least) would only make it go up a point or so,so it would only go up by ten,maybe even nine, points.

In The games for the DS it depends on the pokemon. Some Pokemon are better with stats than others. It you gave a protien to a Chansey its attack would only go up about 1. But if you gave a protien to a garchomp its attack would usually go up 4
