I don't think so. The wonder card usually indicates that you have downloaded an item from Wi-Fi, but you have not claim it yet. The event won't let you take any other item until you claimed your previous item and delete your used wonder card. Besides, keeping an used wonder card doesn't mean anything but wasting your wonder card space.
