Where can I catch Growlithe and Vulpix in Pokemon Fire Red Version?

WaterBlue was never released. He's talking bout the remakes. They're in the remakes.

You can't get a vulpix in fire red but you can get a growlithe but you must have hm1 cut. Go to lavender town and go on the path towards celadon city and walk into the fenced off area and run around. Sooner or later you will find one
