ok guys my bro is so stupid i told him that jessie from team rocket is wearing a skirt but he says they are shorts tell me what you guys think so i can prove him wrong
You are correct that Jessie DOES wear a skirt. Skirts and Shorts are different,A good example of Shorts is what Misty wore in her original outfit. Shorts are kind of like Jeans or Pants or an easier way to put it is a shorter version of pants . but shorter where as skirts do not have anything to divide the legs from each other.
Jessie on the left is wearing a skirt nothing is dividing the legs from from eachother and it does not look like pants where as Misty on the right has on shorts in which is dividing her legs and looks like Pants but shorter.
