where is Umbreon from?

Umbreon is from Johto, and the episodes it appears in are: Trouble's Brewing, Power Play, Espeon Not Included, and Strategy Begins at Home!. In Pokemon Adventures, Karen and Greta use Umbreons. Oh, and at the beginning of Giratina and the Sky Warrior, there is an Umbreon, but it has a cameo.
