HELP ME! ACTION REPLAY BACK-FIRE!

I have a bit of a problem! I used a code to get a Rotom on Heart Gold, but got a Bad Egg! I can't put it in the PC, I can't enter the trade room (I have one or more Pokemon that aren't allowed), and it keeps freezing everything whenever I get XPs! How do I remove this glitch?
