Misty C: Shes awesome, And Ash :D
...And Raichu is my favorite Pokemon xDD
I like Misty because shes from the old/original Pokemon episodes, which I like better. I hate the new episodes especially the ones with Dawn ._.
Misty cuz:
-redheads are awsome
-her violence mad the show awsome
-Ash would really suck right now if Misty didnt help him from the start
-she ws the first girl to travel with ash
There were a lot of great characters in the anime and it's sad that some of them only got an episode or two.
I'm not really sure which character is my favourite. I guess it's May. Personally I really love Hoenn, the pokemon, the games and the series was ok (I prefer the manga over the anime). I loved her design from the start and I enjoyed how from a silly girl who hated pokemon because a co-ordinator worth to be respected for, plus that I totally loved May in the 9th movie!
I really love Dawn's design. It's truly great so in terms of looks I'd go for Dawn but I didn't like enjoy her in the show. For me she was kinda childish and annoying but they gave her more spotlight compared to the previews seasons and that helped us get closer to her in a way.
As for Misty. In terms of personality and attidute she's totally kick-ass but I never liked her design so...
Brock is not very popular but I grew to love this guy. He is funny and all. I can't imagine Ash without him. Last, Ash...well I did like him a lot at the first series..even in Advanced generation but he kinda started getting old. Same stuff all over again and it's just stupid how they make him lose to trainers that he should be able to beat easily.
So overall.....I guess in the anime my favourite is May but overall I prefer the manga XD

i like misty because she's awesome :3 and i hope they bring her back someday.i like paul because he just seems cool and i notice tht some of his pokemon,like torterra appear to be treated well unlike the others so maybe he used to be different.i like ash because he is the main character,i only liked him in kanto/johto though.
Dawn because I just love her personality. She really goes for her dreams. I love how she trys her best and always wants what is best for her Pokemon. She is always trying to show her Pokemon's true strength and making them the best they can be. She is a good friend too, she really cares about Ash and Brock. She even dressed as a cheerleader to cheer Ash on. Which I thought was really really sweet. That's the first time I ever saw a main female character do that for Ash. She is just the sweetest character I've ever seen on Pokemon. But she also has a kick-butt attitude, I loved it when Paul was being...well Paul, she started yelling at him and when Brock was holding her back she tried to kick him in the face XD

I agree with what you said about Dawn but I don't think she has a kick-butt attitude (Misty had that personality).Anyways I like Dawn the best.
Dawn because she's the most active companion and had the best character development imo.
Paul because he's the best main rival.
Hunter J because she is the only good villain in the anime.
Serena because she has lots of potential.
