Does anybody know where is the location of the re-learned move tutor in Heart Gold / Soul Silver?

I have a Swinub that I want to evolve it into Mamoswine. But Piloswine only can learn 'Ancient Power' by bringing him to the Move Tutor and make it remembers Ancient Power moves :(

I already know, but it requires Battle Points, anyway, thanks! At least he can teach Ancient Power ^^, let me give you the prop! :DD

yeah long live serebii but wait a sec u dont need battle points u need a heartscale that u can buy at the pokethlon for points on certain days i didnt know u can teach it to thats a new 1 o well good job aracaninegal123
