Treasure town is a town only for pokemon.It is NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL for trainers to go to.In there,there is Duskull Bank,Kangashen Storage(however you spell his name),Kecleon's Shop,and many more!You can go there when a fellow member of Wigglytuff's Guild,Which is Bidoof,Tells you about it before you fight an Outlaw.When you go there,Your Partner(which you get to pick from some in the beginning of the game)will tell you he or she wants to go to Kecleon's shop.WHen you go there,you will meet Azurill and Marill buying apples for their sick mother,Azumarill.Then they will drop an apple then you will get it then give it back to them.Then you will look into the Future and hear a Help form Azurill.You will ask your Partner if he or she heard a help.He or she will say no.Sorry,but I have no time to tell the WHOLE GAME.That's too much.Here is a Image from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explores of Sky.And I don't know what the Region is called.
