My poems called "Diabetes" telll what'cha thing

Diabetes

"Please come back we'll get through..."
She was cut of by the sight
of a puddle forming
on my pillow.
She left like it was a cue
to leave,but it made me
feel like my chest
was tightening and about to burst any minute.
No,no it can't be true
somehow they are lying
God cant be starting
to take my dad from me now
I love him,I need him
more than the angels that play a game
with the thing that'll keep me
wishing on that star that always
brightens up my night.
And brings me down to that word
that strikes a person like a slap
Diabetes.
