I would actually say that they're my favourite of the three due to them always being a step or two ahead of the rest of the CG animation industry, and the creative diversity of their films (feature length movies and short films alike). Although all of these companies are renowned for making family-oriented movies for all ages.

I really can't decide between Pixar and DreamWorks. I mean I think in general, Pixar makes better animated movies. But DreamWorks have made some absolute MASTERPIECES which don't compare to even Disney. So, I don't know.
