This is just a guess... but i think you are regarding the question because of Percy and Anabeth. Demigods can have children, but since they're useually dead before they can, it doesn't happen often. I'm not sure if that child would be considered a demigod or not for these reasons:
1. (For being a demigod) THink of your parents, if they are half irish, you as their child would be one fourth irish. If both of your parents were half god, you too would be half god, right (half from one, half from other)
2. (not being a demigod) Demigods are mortal. We all know that. To be a demigod, you must be geneticly half god. Since demigods are not true imortals, their child would not be a demigod.
Not that it really matters. If a demigod gives permission for a being to enter camp, they can (like with Tyson)I believe that if two demigods really did have a child, they would try to keep him/her safe and hidden. What better place than Camp Half-Blood (or CCS of course)
Hope this helps!

2 half bloods can have kids but its just that most half bloods dont live long enough to get married and have a family together. unless they dont get married and start having kids at a young age (but i dont think rick will put that in a book)

yes, someone asked that to rick and he said yes, but the kid would be mortal, unless his parents were son/daughter from the big three
