i mean, she's not really evil but i don't really like her to much considering she tried to steal Percy from Annabeth... Ok, maybe she is a little evil. But not like Kronos evil or anything. That would be going to far.

the problem is that she obviously knew about Percabeth and was probably trying to get revenge for Annabeth being rude to her in the Labyrinth

But, ok i'm kind of defending her but I'm still 100 percent on Annabeth and Percy side but Rachel seemed to be trying to be friends with Annabeth, I don't blame Annabeth for pushing her away though.
