The TV show baby Skipper looks too much like an emperor penguin, while adult Skipper (and the others) looks nothing like an adult emperor. While the PoM penguins weren't designed to look like any one real species, the way the baby penguins look in the movie seems a better fit for whatever their species is supposed to be. (I call them Classified penguins.)

While I love both, I think I ended up choosing the TV Show baby Skipper because I'm being nit-picky about the voice. It frustrated me a bit that in the movie they sounded like adults when they were still children. I'm just being particular, though.

@PB7: I agree about the voices. If any of the voice actors had children young enough, maybe they could have voiced the baby penguins, as Willow Smith did for young Gloria and Quinn Dempsey Stiller did for young Alex in Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.

He has that downy fluff colour that baby penguins have. His voice is also cuter. :3
