He does have a sister named Molly, but she only appeared in the TV specials, never in the comic strip.

Yeah, two of Snoopy's siblings were never named in the comic strips, so Molly was one of the two that were named especially for the animated specials. I don't actually know if Schulz ever confirmed the genders of the two unnamed siblings in the comic strips either (though in the TV special it was one brother and one sister).
