I think Pacey has always loved Joey and has always fought for their relationship (best example in episode 618 :'() whereas Joey has never been able to love him unconditionally and with all her heart because she always thought that somehow she would end up with her "soulmate" (I hate that they keep calling them that), Dawson.

I also love them even more in season 6 because:
a)they're much more mature!!
b)there isn't the whole "do-I-or-don't-I-sleep-with-him" dilema!!!
c)they were a little childish in season 3-4

I still love them all the time though!!

i agree...the two of them are so much better and cuter than joey and dawson..i literally freaked out during the last episode..i loved that they were together in the end:-)
